I’m Linmora Blair, Director of Housing, and I’m thrilled to introduce this recruitment campaign at a defining moment for our borough.

Over the past year, we’ve brought services back in-house, completed a major restructure, and laid the foundations for a modern, high-performing housing service. Now, we’re ready to take the next step.

• Driving innovation in housing allocations, temporary accommodation procurement and digital solutions.
• Leading homelessness prevention and resettlement strategies that change lives.
• Delivering good quality and affordable homes through the Sutton Local Plan and continuing to deliver our ambitious housing regeneration programme.
